Séranon is a French commune in the Alpes-Maritimes in the region Alpes-Maritimes . It belongs to the canton of Grasse-1 in the arrondissement of Grasse . The residents call themselves Séranonnais.

Séranon is the westernmost municipality in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The neighboring municipalities are Valderoure in the north, Caille in the east, Escragnolles in the south-east, Mons and La Roque-Esclapon in the south, La Bastide in the south-west, La Martre and Châteauvieux in the west and Peyroules (point of contact) in the north-west.
