The Engelskirchen transmission tower is a 70 meter high steel lattice tower with a striking tubular steel tip on the Hohe Warte near Engelskirchen -Ründeroth. The transmission tower was built in 1992 and serves as a mobile radio transmission tower, transmission tower for VHF radio and as a television converter .

Digital radio (DAB / DAB +)

DAB or the successor standard DAB + is broadcast in vertical polarization and in single-frequency mode with other transmitters.
