Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties is a county in the southeast of the Canadian province of Ontario . The county seat is Cornwall . The population is 111,164 (2011), the area 3308.84 km², which corresponds to a population density of 33.6 inhabitants per km². The county is on the Saint Lawrence River .
