Tersefanou ( Greek Τερσεφάνου ) is a municipality in the district of Larnaca in Cyprus . At the last official census in 2011 it had 1299 inhabitants.

Tersefanou is located in the south of the island of Cyprus at an altitude of about 50 meters, about 38 km southeast of the capital Nicosia , 8 km southwest of Larnaka and 46 km northeast of Limassol .

The place is about 4 km from the Mediterranean Sea in the coastal hinterland. In the east of the municipality there is a small reservoir, the Kiti Reservoir , which is traversed by the Tremithos river, which runs to the east . The Larnaca Airport is the main airport of the island, located about 5 km to the east.

Places in the vicinity are Klavdia in the north, Dromolaxia and Meneou in the east, Kiti in the southeast, Softades in the south and Kivisili and Alethriko in the west.
