Xylotymbou or Xylotymvou ( Greek Ξυλοτύμπου or Ξυλοτύμβου) is a town in the district of Larnaca in Cyprus . At the last official census in 2011, the place had 3655 inhabitants.

Xylotymbou is located in the eastern center of the island of Cyprus at an altitude of about 60 meters, about 36 km southeast of the capital Nicosia , 12 km northeast of Larnaka and 23 km west of Agia Napa .
The place is about 4 km from the southern Mediterranean Sea on the Bay of Larnaka in the coastal hinterland. It is surrounded by the British military base Dhekelia and thus forms a Cypriot exclave within them. To the south of the town, highway 3 runs from Larnaka or Larnaka airport and leads to Agia Napa.
Places in the area are Pergamos in the north-west, Dasaki Achnas in the north-east, Ormideia as another Cypriot exclave in the south-east and Pyla in the west.
