Klavdia ( Greek Κλαυδιά , Turkish Klavya or Alaniçi ) is a place in the Larnaka district in Cyprus . At the last official census in 2011, the place had 427 inhabitants.

Klavdia is located in the southeast of the island of Cyprus at an altitude of 106 meters, about 33 km southeast of the capital Nicosia , 8 km west of Larnaka and 46 km northeast of Limassol .
The place is about 9 km from the Mediterranean Sea in the coastal hinterland west of Larnaka Bay . To the southeast is Larnaka Airport, the island's most important airport.
Places in the area are Agia Anna and Kalo Chorio in the north, the city of Larnaka in the east, Dromolaxia , Kiti and Meneou in the southwest, Tersefanou , Softades and Kivisili in the south, Alethriko in the southwest and Pyrga in the west.
Population development
Until the Turkish occupation of Northern Cyprus , the population consisted almost exclusively of Cypriot Turks . After the clashes, most of the residents were relocated to Peristerona Pigi in Northern Cyprus . Since then the village has been inhabited by Greek Cypriots , who were settled here from the Turkish-occupied northern part.
