Reviews

Joe Corey loves the show and wonders why it got canceled so early despite the five Emmys.

Wesley Hyatt, in his Emmy Award- winning book, The Bold Ones: The Senator , differs from the rest of The Bold Ones series in that it very resolutely addressed current issues. As an example, he cites the episode George Washington Told a Lie , in which an Indian reservation is to give way to a dam project. The episode focused on the topic without a distracting love story or even music. But he also blames this concentration for the early discontinuation of the series.
