Toby becomes aware and realizes that the statement has been sent. Meanwhile, Donna discovers a fan page about Josh on the Internet . He instructs them to post a reply on his behalf in the dedicated forum. Toby makes an appointment with the poet laureate Tabatha Fortis. She threatens to call for the landmine ban to be signed at a ceremony hosted by the president . While discussions of the president's testimony increase as the week progresses, CJ only half-heartedly revises it. Following a request from a MP, Sam has Ainsley Hayes promoted to assistant counsel . During a sightseeing tour, Toby makes it clear to Tabatha that the claim she intended would not focus on the landmines, but on her dispute with the president. After receiving a response on the forum, Josh prompts another response. CJ becomes aware of his activities and forbids him further interactions with the users of the site. Finally, Tabatha successfully asks Toby for a one-on-one interview with the President in order to be able to tell him about her personal impressions. Ahead of a presidential press conference, CJ is commended for her work on his comment on Ritchie. She now finally realizes that the President made the statement on purpose to start a discussion about the intelligence of both candidates.
