Nathalie Dechy won the singles final against Marie-Gaïané Mikaelian 6: 3, 3: 6 and 6: 3. Swetlana Kuznetsova and Martina Navrátilová defeated Nathalie Dechy / Émilie Loit 6: 4 and 6: 4 in the double final .

qualification

The qualification for the Uncle Tobys Hardcourts 2003 took place from December 27 to 29, 2002. Four places were played out in singles and one place in doubles for the respective main field of the tournament.
