What's up noah (Original title: Noah Knows Best ) is an American television series that was discontinued after 13 episodes.

In the United States only the first 8 episodes of the series were broadcast in 2000, in Germany all 13 episodes were shown on KiKA in 2002 , albeit in a different order.

The series was traded as the male counterpart to Nickelodeon's 1990 hit series Clarissa .

13-year-old Noah Beznick lives in New York City and is in 8th grade at Hudson Park , one of the best public schools on the Upper East Side . Noah has great friends and nice parents too. His only problem is his older sister Megan, who is up to any means to ruin her brother's life. Megan attends Yardley Prep Private School, Hudson Park's rival school . This fact also leads to quarrels. Megan even uses Noah's friends to beat him up. The popular pizzeria Giannis Pizza is a frequent scene of their sibling dispute .
