Wolfsberg is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Zwettl in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 33 building areas with 21,163 m² and 40 gardens on 29,210 m² in the cadastral community of Wolfsberg , in 1989/1990 there were 28 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 82 and in 2009/2010 there were 40 buildings on 86 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 203 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 104 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 202 hectares and 108 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 199 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 108 hectares. Wolfsberg's average soil climate number is 24.8 (as of 2010).
