The municipality covers an area of {{convert|13.06|km2|sqmi}}, and has a population of 825 (as at 1&nbsp;January 2008).
The first written mention of Násedlovice is from 1327. It was the seat of lower nobles with a fortress and a manor house. The last mention of the fortress in from 1626. From 1565, Násedlovice was owned by the Kaunitz family and joined to the [[Ždánice (Hodonín District)|Ždánice]] estate. The town experienced heavy fighting between Russian and German forces during the Second World War, due to the geographical strategic location.

During the Second World War - a large percentage of the men were removed from the village force-ably by occupying troops and extracted to forced labor camps, particularly to Dresden. For the purpose of removal of rubble and the civilian victims created by the air campaign of allied forces.

Násedlovice is a municipality and village in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 900 inhabitants.

Násedlovice lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Hodonín, 34 km (21 mi) south-east of Brno, and 220 km (140 mi) south-east of Prague.

History[edit]

The first written mention of Násedlovice is from 1327. It was the seat of lower nobles with a fortress and a manor house. The last mention of the fortress in from 1626. From 1565, Násedlovice was owned by the Kaunitz family and joined to the Ždánice estate. After the Battle of White Mountain, their properties were confiscated and the Ždánice estate with Násedlovice was acquired by Maximilian of Liechtenstein.[2]
