The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 41st time in the 2014/15 season. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 23rd time by the Austrian Football Association and began on August 16, 2014 with the first round and ended on June 4, 2015 with the final in the Schuberth Stadium in Melk . The trophy went to the FSK St. Pölten-Spratzern for the third time in a row .

For the Austrian Women's Football Cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2014/15 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the ÖFB Women's Bundesliga 2013/14 and the 2nd League Middle / West 2013/14 and the 2nd League East / South 2013/14 are classified.
