The A2213 is a Class I road established in 1923 in the city of London with the name "Kidbrooke Park Spur (new road in course of construction)". At the time of the determination, a part of the street did not yet exist - on the first map with street numbers, the part that still had to be built was still shown in broken lines; the streets that already existed back then were not marked. It begins at the transition from the A20 to the A210 (the A20 was planned / under construction as a southern bypass from Eltham). There a new road was built northwards to Weigall Road. From there the A2213 was led over existing roads to the A207. In doing so, it also crossed the planned route of the A2, which was ultimately only built up to the east just before the crossing point.
