Andrea Kerbleder

Andrea Kerbleder (born July 9, 1976 ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and self-employed Pilates and back trainer. Kerbleder stood as a candidate in the state elections in Vorarlberg 2019 in the Feldkirch constituency on the FPÖ district list and was thus elected to the Vorarlberg state parliament. She was sworn in as a member of the state parliament in the constituent session of the state parliament of the 31st legislative period on November 6, 2019.

Professional background

Andrea Kerbleder is a self-employed Pilates and back trainer . In 2005 she completed the certification aerobics B license and group fitness trainer and acquired several additional licenses in the following years: 2006 for step training, 2007 as pilatesMASTER trainer, 2009 as healthy back trainer and 2011 as trainer for pilates trainers. Since 2003 she is partner of brakes Service GmbH as well as limited partner of Bremesendienst GmbH & Co. KG of her husband.

In 2014 she also passed the hunting test together with her husband and has been active with him in the Vorarlberg hunters ever since .

Political career

Andrea Kerbleder began in 2017 to be politically committed to the Vorarlberg freedom . Her husband had previously been active in local politics for the FPÖ in Feldkirch. She initially ran for the FPÖ in the 2017 National Council election in third place in the Vorarlberg Süd regional constituency , but could not achieve a mandate there. Kerbleder then ran as the top candidate of the FPÖ Vorarlberg in the election to the European Parliament on May 26, 2019 on the nationwide ninth FPÖ list. In this election, however, she could not win a mandate.

After all, Andrea Kerbleder took third place in the Feldkirch electoral district in the 2019 state elections in Vorarlberg . After the Freedom Party suffered heavy losses in the election, but were able to secure a basic mandate in the Feldkirch district, both the FPÖ regional chairman Christof Bitschi, who was ranked first in the district list, and club chairman Daniel Allgäuer in second place, each waived the mandate in the district in favor of other basic mandates Feldkirch, which made it to Andrea Kerbleder. The inauguration as the only female member of the FPÖ state parliament club in the state parliament of the 31st legislative period took place on November 6, 2019.

Private life

Kerbleder is married and has three children. She lives with her family in Feldkirch .
