Carina Wiese
Carina Nicolette Wiese (born February 26, 1968 in Dresden ) is a German actress .
life and career
Wiese attended the 59th “Max Zimmering” polytechnic in the Dresden district of Weißer Hirsch . As a child she was on stage in the youth theater in Pirna . She completed an apprenticeship as a clothing worker with a high school diploma and completed an evening course in painting / graphics at the art academy in Dresden, because she originally wanted to be a costume designer.
From 1988 she studied acting at the "Hans Otto" theater school in Leipzig . She completed her studies in 1991 and got an engagement at the Schauspielhaus Leipzig .
In 2006 she played the role of mother in the film adaptation of the eponymous novel Die Wolke by Gudrun Pausewang , directed by Gregor Schnitzler , which was awarded the Bavarian Film Prize . In the cinema production KussKuss by Sören Senn she played the leading role as the young assistant doctor Katja . In 2008 she starred in All Others (directed by Maren Ade ) alongside Birgit Minichmayr and Lars Eidinger , in 2009 in Phantomschmerz with Til Schweiger . In 2010, she took on the role of daughter in the married drama Satte Farben vor Schwarz (directed by Sophie Heldman ) with Senta Berger and Bruno Ganz . In 2011 she was seen alongside Sebastian Schipper , Sophie Rois and Devid Striesow in Drei (awarded the German Film Prize ), directed by Tom Tykwer . In 2014 she starred in the international movie The Book Thief (directed by Brian Percival ) alongside Emily Watson and Geoffrey Rush .
Among other things, Wiese is on television in alarm for Cobra 11 - The Autobahn Police as Andrea Gerkhan, geb. To see shepherds . Until the episode of May 11, 2006, she played the office secretary as well as the friend and later wife of Detective Chief Inspector Semir Gerkhan ( Erdoğan Atalay ). Wiese has been teaching at the Art of Acting Berlin drama school since 2006 and at the Leipzig University of Music and Theater between 2011 and 2013 with a focus on “working in front of the camera”.
