The Col de Turini is a pass in the French Maritime Alps in the hinterland of the French Riviera . The top of the pass is in the Alpes-Maritimes department at an altitude of 1607 meters.
The pass lies in the outer, populated zone of the Mercantour National Park and represents the transition between the Bévéra valley and the Vésubie valley .
The summit of the Col de Turini can be reached from three sides: from La Bollène-Vésubie to the west and from the towns of L'Escarène and Sospel to the south . A road signposted "Origine Circuit de l'Authion" leads to the northeast, and after about two kilometers it splits into a ring road. Several former military installations are located on this scenic road in the Massif de l'Authion.
