The Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC; Greek : Ραδιοφωνικό Ιδρυμα Κύπρου , RIK; Turkish : Kıbrıs Yayın Kurumu , KYK) is the public service broadcaster of the Republic of Cyprus based in Nicosia .

The Zyprische Rundfunkgesellschaft was founded in 1953 as Cyprus Broadcasting Service and has had its current name since 1960. Three television and four radio programs are operated, which are broadcast terrestrially via VHF or UHF / VHF and as a live stream via the Internet . It is broadcast in Greek , Turkish and English , with the Greek portion predominating in the program. A program of 11 hours a day is broadcast in Turkish.
