GDR field fistball championships 1975

The GDR field fistball championships in 1975 were the 26th edition of the fistball championships on the field in the GDR in 1975.

The champions were won in a final round on Saturday, September 20, 1975 from 1 p.m. in the stadium “20. Anniversary " determined in Weißwasser .

In the women's final, SG Görlitz defended its title without losing points, while in the men's event, ISG Hirschfelde was able to defend its title with the help of the points awarded for the main round placement.

Women

The game days were scheduled for May 11 and 25, and June 15 and 29, 1975.

The teams Rotation Berlin and Empor Barby had to relegate to the second-rate league, while Lokschleife and activist Staßfurt gained the right to play in the GDR upper league next season .

A promotion round planned for September 7, 1975 in a loop did not take place because three of the five season winners were not eligible for promotion due to the lack of a youth department and the respective runners-up canceled, so that only two substitutions - each relegated from the top division of the previous season - remained.

Ultimately, even activist Staßfurt could not exercise the right of promotion due to a lack of youth work, so that instead the runner-up of the same season - Motor Rathenow - rose to the women's league in 1976.
