Eastern zone championships in field fistball 1949

The eastern zone championships in field fistball 1949 were the first and only staging of the championships for men and women in field fistball in the Soviet occupation zone , later GDR , in 1949. The finals of the best teams were part of the sporting framework of the Leipzig autumn fair in 1949 and took place on August 21, 1949 in Leipzig .
