Del Wilson Trophy

The Del Wilson Trophy is an award from the Western Hockey League . It has been awarded annually to the best goalkeeper in the league since the end of the 1966/67 season. In the 1986/87 season, both the best goalkeeper of the Western Conference and the Eastern Conference was awarded. The winner has also participated in the election for the CHL Goaltender of the Year since 1988 .

The trophy is named after Del Wilson who was General Manager of the Regina Pats in 1974 , which won the Memorial Cup that season .
