European Cup Winners' Cup (handball) 2003/04

At the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 2003/04 44 handball club teams participated, who qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the competition or out of the Champions League 03/04 had been eliminated. It was the 29th edition of the cup winners' competition. The cup games began on September 13, 2003, the second round final took place on April 24, 2004. The defending champion of the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup was the Spanish club Ciudad Real . The title winner that season was the Spanish club Portland San Antonio .

Eight teams took part that had previously qualified for the competition.
The first legs took place on 13/14/19. September 2003. The second leg took place on 20./21. September 2003.
