Tithe shy
Hagenbrunnen

Frittlingen was first mentioned in 797 in a document from the St. Gallen Monastery . Parts of the place came into the possession of the Knights of Schildeck, some parts belonged to various monasteries. From 1306 the Rottenmünster monastery had possessions in the village. A part of Frittlingen also belonged to the Konzenberg rule, which came to the Rottenmünster monastery in 1411 and finally in 1623. After the monasteries were secularized , Frittlingen became part of Württemberg in 1803 . In the Kingdom of Württemberg from 1806, it was assigned to the Upper Office Spaichingen . In the course of the regional reform in 1938, Frittlingen became part of the Tuttlingen district .

politics

The community is a member of the agreed administrative community of the city of Spaichingen . It has joined forces with the neighboring communities of Aldingen, Denkingen, Deisslingen and Wellendingen to form the "Sustainability Region FIVE G", which pursues a joint climate protection concept and places particular emphasis on sustainable solutions (e.g. use of building materials, energy efficiency and savings, synergy effects). The chairmanship of this "N! Region" changes annually between these communities.
