Greenbriar is directly adjacent to the city of Clearwater and is approximately 25 km west of Tampa .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 2502 inhabitants were distributed over 1193 households. The population density was 1668 inhabitants / km². 92.0% of the population identified themselves as whites, 3.5% as African-Americans , 0.3% as Indians and 2.4% as Asian Americans . 0.8% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.1% to several ethnic groups. 7.5% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
