The district road NEA 35 leads to Berolzheim to state road 2253 (3.2 km southeast) or to state road 2256 near Herbolzheim (2.8 km west). A community road leads to Krautostheim to St 2256 (2.3 km north).

history

Humprechtsau is an extension of the mother settlement Herbolzheim and was probably created after the clearing of the Osing (between 750 and 800). It was named after its founder called "Hunbreht". The place developed from two original courtyards. Pretty soon a fortified church was added, which was a branch of St. Michael (Herbolzheim) . The place is first mentioned by name in 1303 in the Würzburg Lehenbuch as "Humbendetsowe". There was probably also a castle in the village, but it no longer existed in 1596 at the latest. The Reformation was introduced in Humprechtsau (with Oberntief ) in 1525 . Until 1533, the diocese of Würzburg gave the place to various lords, most recently to Simon von Zedtwitz. In 1533 the diocese sold the place to the imperial city of Windsheim for 1694  Rhenish guilders

On February 20, 1756, almost half of the village burned down due to an accident.

At the end of the 18th century there were 30 properties in Humprechtsau. The imperial city of Windsheim exercised the high court . If necessary, it had to be delivered to the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Vogtamt Lenkersheim . The imperial city of Windsheim ruled the village and community . The landlords were the imperial city of Windsheim (church, school, community smithy, 6 courtyards, 14 estates, 2 houses), the old and Neumünster Würzburg (2 estates), the upper parish of Herbolzheim (2 estates) and the Burgbernheim administration of the Juliusspital Würzburg (1 inn ).

In 1810 Humprechtsau came to the new Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the municipal edict, it was assigned to the Külsheim tax district in 1811 . In 1817 the rural community Külsheim was formed, to which Humprechtsau belonged. With the second community edict (1818), Humprechtsau broke up and formed its own rural community. This was subject to the Windsheim Regional Court in administration and jurisdiction and the Ipsheim Rent Office in the financial administration . From 1862 Humprechtsau was administered by the Uffenheim district office (renamed the Uffenheim district in 1938 ) and from 1856 by the Windsheim Rent Office ( renamed Windsheim tax office in 1920 ). The jurisdiction remained with the District Court of Windsheim until 1879, from 1880 District Court of Windsheim . The municipality had an area of 3.714 km².

As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , Humprechtsau was incorporated into Bad Windsheim on July 1, 1972.
