Hurst is a part of the municipality of Windeck in the Bergisches Land . The town is crossed by the state road 333 . In addition to the town center, Hurst also includes the districts of Altenhof, Bach and Loch.

Hurst is east of Rosbach and Eulenbruch, south of Loch (Windeck), west of Halscheid and north of Bach (Windeck) at an altitude between 260  m and 310  m above sea level. NHN .

Infrastructure

In the 1970s and 1980s, Hurst still had some shops (groceries, housewares and bakery) and restaurants and, until the end of 2019, the “Hurster Hof” inn.
