Kocherscheid is a village in the municipality of Windeck in the Rhein-Sieg district .

Kocherscheid lies at an altitude of 230 to 270  m above sea level. NHN on the Leuscheid . Neighboring places are Röhrigshof in the northeast, Kuchhausen in the southwest and Eutscheid in the northwest.

history

In 1894 the Protestant primary school was set up for the surrounding towns.

In 1910 there were 21 households in Kocherscheid: lead solder Edwin Amm, farm worker Christian Bitzer, farm worker Christian Bitzer, farm worker Wilhelm Bitzer, bricklayer Heinrich Gerhard Breuer, farm worker Wilhelm Engel, farm worker Friedrich Wilhelm Franz, farm worker Bernhard Fuchs, Ernst Heinrich Fuchs, Heinrich Gerhard Fuchs, Agricultural worker and dealer Johann Gerhard Fuchs, agricultural worker Johann Wilhelm Fuchs, agricultural worker Robert Fuchs and dealer Wilhelm Fuchs.
