Roth is a district of the municipality of Windeck in the Rhein-Sieg district .

Roth is located in a large forest area in the Bergisches Land at an altitude of 270  m on the county road 55 between Wilberhofen and Ruppichteroth . The only closer neighboring town is Gutmannseichen in the west. The Kaltbach rises near Roth .
