Bouzonville Jewish Community
A Jewish community in Bouzonville in the Moselle department in the French region of Lorraine existed since the 17th century.
history
The Jewish community of Bouzonville owned a synagogue as early as 1805 , which was destroyed during the Second World War. In 1957 a new synagogue was built and services are still held today. The Jewish community has belonged to the Israelite consistorial district of Metz since 1808 .

The Jewish cemetery in Bouzonville was inaugurated on July 22, 1726. It lies on a slope and the graves are terraced.
