As a "Special Teamer" Jones made both the All-Pro and the Pro Bowl .

In the play-off game at the Denver Broncos , he caught a 70-yard pass from Joe Flacco , with whom the game leveled a few seconds before the end. He was also successful in Super Bowl XLVII with extensive plays, in the 1st half he converted a 56-yard pass to 20: 3 as a wide receiver, after the half-time break he scored his second touchdown with a 108- yard kickoff return .

After a return fumble in December 2015, he was fired from his last team, the Pittsburgh Steelers , and played his last NFL game with it.

In 2017 he signed a contract with Monterrey Steel , who played in the National Arena League (NAL). In eight games for the Steels, he was able to catch 19 passes for 169 yards and a touchdown.

On September 29, 2017, he signed a one-day contract with the Ravens so that he could resign as a member of the team.
