The Jakobsweg Bohemia-Bavaria-Tirol is an approximately 450 kilometer long, transnational section in the Jakobsweg network .

Pilgrims and long distance path provides the connection from the UNESCO - World Heritage -Stadt Český Krumlov in the South Bohemian region of the Czech Republic on the Upper Mühlviertel in Upper Austria in the Lower Bavarian three river city of Passau , on to the Upper Bavarian pilgrimage town of Altoetting and after Kufstein am Inn in the Lower Tyrol . The path joins the Jakobsweg Tirol or Jakobsweg Austria , southwest of Kufstein or Wörgl, and ends in Breitenbach am Inn .

One section of the route is the Jakobsweg Oberes Mühlviertel , which leads from Krumau to Passau. In Passau, as an alternative to the Jakobsweg Bohemia-Bavaria-Tirol, the Jakobsweg Innviertel to the city of Salzburg can be chosen, which meets the main branch of the Austrian Jakobsweg and leads via Germany and the Pinzgau to Wörgl and there again on the Jakobsweg Bohemia-Bavaria-Tirol meets.

In the Untergriesbach section, the Jakobsweg is connected to the Donausteig at Gottsdorf , and to the Goldsteig at Schmölz in the Erlautal and the E8 long-distance hiking trail . The Way of St. James was often signposted along existing bike and hiking trails, for example along the Inn bike path and the Roman bike path as well as the Via Nova .
