Jimmy Lidberg (born April 13, 1982 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish wrestler . Lidberg was twice vice European champion and once junior vice world champion.

Career

Jimmy Lidberg was already active in various disciplines from the age of three. At the age of 14 he decided to start wrestling because his older brother Martin was already very successful in this sport. He joined the local top club Spärvagens BK in Stockholm . In 2005 he moved to the Huddinge Brottarklub . He has also been wrestling in the German Bundesliga since 2003. So far it has competed for four German clubs, SV Siegfried Hallbergmoos , KSV Germania Aalen , ASV Mainz 1888 and SV Germania Weingarten .

He was Swedish junior champion in 2000, 2001 and 2002 in the light heavyweight division. In 2000 he was the first Swedish senior light heavyweight champion.
