The Cameroonian national basketball team for women is the selection of Cameroonian women basketball players that the Fédération Camerounaise de Basketball represents on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The greatest success was the third places at the African Championships in 1993 and 1994. In 1965 the national association joined the world association Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA). In June 2014, the team was ranked 47th in the world rankings for women .

The women's national basketball team of Cameroon has taken part twice in the African Games competitions. In 1978 the team won the silver medal, and in 2011 they finished ninth.
