The Ivorian national basketball team of women is the selection of Ivoirian basketball players who represent the Fédération Ivoirienne de Basket-Ball on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The greatest success was the fourth places at the African Championships in 1977 and 2009. In 1961, the national association joined the Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA). In June 2014 the team was ranked 50th in the world rankings for women .

The best result is fourth place from 2011 , in 1965 and 2003 the Ivorians achieved sixth place, and ninth place at the 2007 tournament ; In addition, the national team took part in the 1991 competitions.
