The canton of Quimper-3 was a French canton in the Arrondissement Quimper , in the Finistère department and in the Brittany region until 2015 ; its main town was Quimper .
history
The canton of Quimper was established in 1793. In 1973 this was divided into the cantons Quimper-1 and Quimper-2. The division of parts of the city of Quimper to the cantons Quimper-1, Quimper-2 and Quimper-3 existed from 1985 to 2015. With the reorganization of the cantons in 2015, the canton disappeared and its area became the cantons Quimper-1 and Quimper- 2 slammed.
