Pluguffan ( Breton: Pluguen ) is a commune in the Finistère department in Brittany . The municipality belongs to the canton of Quimper-1 in the Arrondissement of Quimper . Pluguffan has 4109 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017), who are called Pluguffanais in French .
Pluguffan is about 5.5 kilometers west-southwest of Quimper .
