Melgven ( Breton Mêlwenn ) is a French commune in the Finistère department with 3,356 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).
location
The place is located in the southwest of Brittany about eight kilometers north of the Atlantic coast . The touristic places Concarneau and Pont-Aven are only a few kilometers away .
Quimper is 22 kilometers northwest, Lorient 38 kilometers southeast and Brest 70 kilometers northwest of Melgven.
