Saint-Yvi ( Breton Sant-Ivi ) is a French commune with 3,155 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in western Brittany in the Finistère department .

geography

Quimper is 13 kilometers west-northwest, Lorient 48 kilometers southeast, Brest 60 kilometers northwest and Paris about 460 kilometers east. The Jet River runs along the northern municipal boundary .

traffic

At Rosporden and Quimper there are departures on the expressway E 60 ( Nantes -Brest) and regional train stations on the Nantes-Lorient-Quimper-Brest railway line .
