Katherina Lange (born March 10, 1963 in Weimar ) is a German actress .

Live and act

Katherina Lange, daughter of the actress and theater director Irmgard Lange , had theater engagements at the Schauspielhaus Chemnitz , the Staatsschauspiel Dresden and Frankfurt am Main after completing her studies at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . She worked under the direction a. a. by Frank Castorf , Albrecht Hirche , Wolfgang Engel , Amélie Niermeyer , Jürgen Kruse , Hans Hollmann , Peter Eschberg and Lars-Ole Walburg .

Their venues were and are u. a. the Theater Basel , the Berlin Schiller Theater , the Schauspiel Frankfurt and the Deutsche Schauspielhaus Hamburg , furthermore in the Volksbühne Berlin and in the Berlin Bar every reason .

In 2006 she could be seen under the direction of Volker Kühn with the one-person play Das Kunstseidene Mädchen , which was performed over 150 times in the Berlin Renaissance Theater .

Katherina Lange lives in Berlin and was married to the author , television and theater director Volker Kühn until his death .
