The Kleyberg is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Eimen in the integrated municipality of Eschershausen-Stadtoldendorf in the Holzminden district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 104 is about 10.6  hectares . It is almost congruent with the FFH area of the same name and to a large extent part of the EU bird sanctuary “Sollingvorland”. The area has been a nature reserve since July 17, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Holzminden.

The nature reserve is located east of Lenne between the Eimen district of Vorwohle and the district of Lenner Kolonie on the federal road 64 , which borders the nature reserve to the southwest. It provides protection for a semi-arid limestone lawn with a few bushes and rich seams on a shallow, weathered limestone soil on a slope. This goes over to the north in smooth oat meadows .

In the western part of the nature reserve there is a former limestone quarry that has been left to its natural development. The almost 8 hectare quarry has belonged to the German Nature Conservation Union since November 20, 1998 , which allows the area to be grazed extensively with horses, sheep and goats to prevent encroachment.

The nature reserve borders on arable land to the north and the landfill of a concrete plant in the northwest .
