The Heinsener Klippen are a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Bevern in the joint municipality of Bevern in the Holzminden district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 095 is 230  hectares in size. It is almost completely part of the FFH area “Burgberg, Heinsener Klippen, Rühler Schweiz” and the EU bird sanctuary “Sollingvorland”. The "Heinsener Klippen" natural forest reserve, designated in 1986, is part of the nature reserve. The “ Graupenburg ” nature reserve connects to the east . The nature reserve " In den Eichen " is located a little to the northwest . The area has been under nature protection since August 2, 2001. It replaces the approximately 110 hectare smaller nature reserve of the same name that was designated on March 13, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Holzminden.

The nature reserve is located northeast of Heinsen within the Solling-Vogler Nature Park . It protects a cliff limestone exposed to the south in the Weser valley and a flatter slope that adjoins it to the north. The nature reserve is predominantly characterized by near-natural, mesophilic beech forests and dry limestone slope forests. In addition, are ravine and slope mixed forests to find.

The natural forest "Heinsener Klippen" is located in the southern area of ​​the nature reserve. The forest is left to its natural development here. Within this area there is a small, former quarry .

In the west of the nature reserve - outside the scope of the ordinance on the nature reserve - there is a disused landfill .
