The Scheinfeld district court was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1852 to 1879 and was based in Scheinfeld in what is now the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district . The seat of the regional court was in the former dyer's estate at Schwarzenberger Straße 12.

The Scheinfeld district court bordered the Neustadt district court in the southeast, the Höchstadt district court in the northeast, the Markt Bibart district court in the northwest and the Windsheim district court in the southwest .

In 1852, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Scheinfeld district court was established. It was formed from the previous rulership courts of Schwarzenberg and Burghaslach and belonged to the Central Franconia administrative region .

In 1856 the Scheinfeld District Court was 3.70 square miles . There were 9,701 inhabitants (5303 Protestants, 3995 Catholics and 404 Jews), 87 localities (1 town , 4 markets , 7 parish villages , 7 parish villages , 27 villages , 12 hamlets and 29 deserted areas ) and 33 parishes (1 magistrate 3rd class, 4th class) and Market and 28 rural communities).

In 1862 the newly created Scheinfeld district office took over the administration. From then on, the district court was only responsible for jurisdiction.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Scheinfeld District Court was established , the district of which was formed from the districts of the Scheinfeld and Markt Bibart district courts , which were repealed at the same time .
