List of architectural monuments in Wennigsen (Deister)
The list of monuments in Wennigsen (Deister) contains the monuments of the Lower Saxony municipality of Wennigsen (Deister) and its eight localities.
Basis of the list of monuments
The authoritative basis of the list of architectural monuments in Wennigsen is the directory that the Hanover region as the lower monument protection authority maintains on behalf of the Lower Saxony State Office for Monument Preservation (as of August 2011). Buildings that are still in the directory and have been demolished in the meantime are continued, but marked as demolished. In addition, the Lower Saxony State Office for Monument Preservation keeps a list of archaeological monuments in the Wennigsen community. These are mainly barrows in the Deister . There is a separate list for natural monuments in Wennigsen .
