Mehlberg is a nature reserve in the Lauda-Königshofen district of Königshofen in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg .

history

By ordinance of the Stuttgart regional council on the Mehlberg nature reserve of February 14, 1986, a reserve of 4.7 hectares was designated.

Protection purpose

"Protection purpose is the preservation of the rare fauna and flora" ( LUBW ) of the Mehlberg.

Flora and fauna

There is arid grassland with rich flora and fauna, especially a biotope of rare insects.
