Micaëla Kreißler

Micaëla Kreißler (born June 16, 1941 in Innsbruck ; † August 9, 2017 ) was a German actress and voice actress .

Life

Kreißler was born in the so-called Ostmark after the annexation of Austria to the German Empire and came to Potsdam-Babelsberg after the war with her parents, who worked for DEFA . Through this connection she started her film career at an early age. First she was married to the actor Peter Sindermann , who died on October 17, 1971 in a plane crash. In this marriage their first son was born, who later became actor Andreas Sindermann . Her father-in-law was Horst Sindermann , the temporary chairman of the GDR Council of Ministers .

Kreißler was married to the actor and voice actor Holger Mahlich for the second time , in 1979 their second son Leonhard Mahlich (also voice actor ) was born. She worked with her husband in several productions (including the head office in Bangkok ). Although both played in the series Not from Bad Parents , they did not appear together. The couple left the GDR in 1982 as part of a theater tour and have lived in Hamburg ever since .

Micaëla Kreißler found her final resting place in the Ohlstedt cemetery in Hamburg 's Wohldorf-Ohlstedt district .
