Holger Mahlich
Holger Mahlich (born December 6, 1945 in Weimar ) is a German actor as well as radio play and voice actor . He also works as a director for individual productions.
Life
He studied acting at the Potsdam-Babelsberg Film School from 1964 to 1968 , after making his first appearance in a TV production in 1962. After completing his studies, he had engagements in Potsdam and Karl-Marx-Stadt, and from 1977 onwards at the Berliner Ensemble . He also played in DEFA films and television productions as well as several times in Polish cinema films.
After moving to the Federal Republic of Germany with his wife Micaëla Kreißler in 1982 , he played at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg as well as in film and television roles, particularly often in the Hamburg Tatort , where he mainly portrayed devious lawyers and slippery crooks. He also speaks in the radio play series TKKG and Die Drei ??? different roles. In 1998 he worked as a director in Hamburg for the play Der Drache and from 2003 to 2012 at the Störtebeker Festival . Mahlich has directed the Jedermann Festival in Wismar since 2014.
His son is the voice actor and musician Leonhard Mahlich .
