Misinto is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5627 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Monza and Brianza in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 17 kilometers northwest of Monza , about 22 kilometers north-northwest of Milan and 16 kilometers south of Como at the Parco delle Groane . The municipality is located a little west of the Lambro and borders directly on the province of Como .
