Triuggio is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8713 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Monza and Brianza in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 8.5 kilometers north of Monza and about 22 kilometers north-northeast of Milan in the Parco della Valle del Lambro. The Lambro flows to the west .

The Monza – Molteno railway runs through the Lambro Valley and will be part of the Milan S-Bahn in the future . There is a train station here together with the neighboring municipality of Albiate .
