Mohammed Dauda (born February 20, 1998 ) is a Ghanaian soccer player . He is currently under contract with the Belgian first division partner RSC Anderlecht .

Career

Dauda began his career at Asante Kotoko SC , for which he played at least 31 Premier League games between 2015 and 2016 . In January 2017 he moved to Belgium for RSC Anderlecht , where he was initially used for the reserve team.

In January 2018 he was in the professional squad of Anderlecht for the first time against Waasland-Beveren . He made his Division 1A debut in February 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Ryōta Morioka on matchday 25 of the 2017/18 season against KV Mechelen in the 89th minute . Until the end of the season he came to another assignment in Division 1A.

In October 2018, he played his first UEFA Europa League game against Fenerbahçe Istanbul . After five games in Division 1A in the 2018/19 season for Anderlecht, he was loaned to Vitesse Arnheim in the Netherlands in January 2019 .

In February 2019 he played his first game for Vitesse in the Eredivisie against FC Groningen . In the same month he scored his first goal in the top Dutch league in a 3-0 win against FC Emmen . By the end of the season he came to twelve missions in the Eredivisie, in which he scored three goals. Vitesse wanted to extend this loan, but could not come to an agreement with RSC Anderlecht.

In the first five games of the new 2019/20 season he was not in the RSC Anderlecht squad. At the end of August 2019, Esbjerg fB , who is currently playing in the Superliga , the highest Danish league, agreed to borrow it for one year with a subsequent purchase option. Since the 2019/20 season of the Superliga will not end until the end of July 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic , it was agreed to extend the loan until then.

Dauda played 17 out of 19 possible league games, 5 out of 6 possible games in the relegation round and 3 cup games for Esbjerg. After the loan expired, he returned to RSC Anderlecht for the 2020/21 season.
