NGC 4121 is an elliptical dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type E0 in the constellation Dragon in the northern sky . It is an estimated 68 million light years from the Milky Way and is> 10,000 light years in diameter. Together with NGC 4125, it forms the gravitationally bound galaxy pair Holm 335 .
The object was discovered by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest on September 9, 1866 .
